Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

STATE OF WISCONSIN
Town of Holland, Brown County.

Pursuant to Wis. Stat.70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2026 will be open for examination starting on the 14^th day of April, 2026. On that day, the assessor will be available from 9am until 11am. by phone, by calling Action Appraisers at 920-766-7323.

 Further inquiries and/or examination of Assessment Roll may be made by calling Action Appraisers at 920-766-7323 during regular business hours for an appointment until April 24, 2026.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons wishing to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. 70.47

This notice posted on the town website at https://hollandbrowncountywi.gov and also on the Town Hall Notice Board at 1293 Holland Road, Greenleaf.
