Hollandtown Community Park

Because of the generous donation from the estates of Virginia Brooks and Richard Brooks, 11.7 acres of land was given to the Town of Holland, to be used expressly for park and recreation purposes. Developed in 1968, the Hollandtown Community Park includes several lighted ball parks, a kitchen equipped pavilion, playground and plenty of open space. All ages of leagues use the ball diamonds in the summertime. Nearby, the town also has a lighted ice rink that sees much use for open skating and hockey in the wintertime.

Askeaton Ball Park

In 1974, four acres of land was purchased from George Bruecker, next to the Town Hall in Askeaton, for the development of a lighted ball park and small shelter. This park features softball and slow pitch league play several evenings a week in the summertime. Inquiries for use of this park should be directed to the Town Board.

Fox River State Trail

The Fox River Trail, beginning in Green Bay and following the Highway 57 corridor through Hilbert, travels right through the center of the Town of Holland. Part of the trail also allows horse riding access. Use this scenic trail to experience rural Wisconsin at its finest. Southern Brown County Conservation Club (Izaak Walton League)

This treasure of nature is located at 7474 Blake Road in the Town of Holland. It is a piece of wooded land and trails that is maintained by volunteers who work hard to preserve nature at its finest. The club funds their projects by hosting an Annual Smelt Fry, Family Events, and a Haunted Trail. See Facebook for their postings and contact information.
