NOTICE
Town of Holland Municipal Code Amendment

On May 3, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Holland, Brown County, Wisconsin, passed a Resolution to amend the Town of Holland Municipal Code, Chapter 12, as it pertains to Citations issued by the Brown County Joint Municipal Court, affecting a court cost increase, per Act 113, as it relates to WI Stat. 814.65. This increase goes from $38 to $48, for actions that are processed through the Brown County Joint Municipal Court, and will go into effect June 1, 2026.
