On January 8, 2025 Clerk Ellen Schmidt-Hubers resigned as Clerk to the Town of Holland.

A Special Meeting of the Board was held on January 10, 2025, where Treasurer Gloria Kennedy then resigned as Treasurer of Town of Holland. Gloria Kennedy was then appointed by the Board to fill the vacancy left by Clerk Hubers.

A Special Meeting was then set for January 13, 2025 to fill the Treasurer vacancy. Two candidates were interested in the position, and qualifications of both were examined by the Board. Lona Ebert was appointed to fill the vacancy.
