Dog Licenses can be purchased in-person by contacting Treasurer Lona Vande Hey to set up an appointment, by calling 920-851-0902, or contacting her at [email protected] You can also mail or drop off your license application and fee in the Town Hall Drop Box, at 1293 Holland Road, Greenleaf, WI 54126.

The Dog License forms are located on the Town of Holland website under Forms and Permits.

Please include your Veterinary information about the dog and the rabies vaccine information.  Fees are $5.00 for spayed or neutered dogs, and $10.00 for unaltered dogs.

Households having more than three dogs are considered Multiple Dog Owners (Kennel) and require additional information, with a fee of $140. See the website information for Multiple Dog Owners.
