NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HOLLAND LANDFILL LOCAL MONITORING COMMITTEE (LMC)
MEETING DATE:  Wednesday, February 4th, 2026
TIME:  5:45 P.M.
PLACE:  Holland Town Hall, 1293 Holland Road, Greenleaf, WI 54126
Notice is hereby given that the Local Monitoring Committee of the Town of Holland will hold a meeting at the time and place set forth above.
Meeting Agenda
Call to order
1.  Invocation *
“God of grace and perfect justice, we are thankful that you are here with us. Please grant us the wisdom to justly govern and find common ground, to reflect your grace in our words and actions, and to work together to glorify you. We pray this in Jesus's name. Amen.”
2.  Discussion/Approval of prior LMC meeting minutes
3.  Discuss and take possible action on the following Landfill matters
A)  1998 Siting Agreement Notifications
B)  2026 Adjacent Landowner Payment List submitted
C)  2026 Tipping Fee Yearly Adjustment
D)  Landfill Neighbor communications
E)  Brown County/DNR Contaminated Soil update
F)  Tipping fees for the beneficial use waste
4.  Convene to Closed Session
The LMC may convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating to negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the Committee will discuss matters related to a dispute regarding tipping fees paid by the Brown County South Landfill (Roll Call Vote Required).
