NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RECYCLING ORDINANCE

    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 4, 2026, the Town of Holland, Brown County, Wisconsin, adopted a Responsible Unit Recycling Ordinance.  The Recycling Ordinance covers the following topics:
A.    Separation of Recycling Materials S.1.11
B.    Separation Requirement Exempted. S.1.12
C.    Responsibilities of Owners or Designated Agents of Multiple-Family Dwellings. S.1.16
D.    Responsibilities of Owners or Designated Agents of Non-Residential Facilities and Properties. S. 1.17
E.    Prohibitions on Disposal of Recyclable Materials Separated for Recycling. S. 1.18
F.    Enforcement. S. 1.19
Interested parties may view a full copy of the Ordinance at https://hollandbrowncountyi.gov, or by contacting Gloria Kennedy, Town Clerk, 920-246-7783, to set up a time to view the Ordinance at the Town Hall, 1293 Holland Road, Greenleaf, Wisconsin.
