3. Review and Approval of Minutes
     a. October 1 Regular Town Board Meeting Minutes
     b. October 1 Special Town Board Meeting Minutes (sign meeting, and Budget Work Session)
4. Old Business
    a. Accept 2026 Proposed Budget (formal acceptance)
    b. Discussion regarding DNR public hearing on Brown County Landfill’s request for a plan of operation 
        modification regarding contaminated soils
5.Convene to Closed Session
The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating to negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the board will discuss matters related to a proposed modification to the Plan of Operation for the Brown County South Landfill (Roll Call Vote Required).
