NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDED TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 8, 2026, the Town of Holland, Brown County, Wisconsin, adopted amendments to the Town of Holland Zoning Ordinance defining and excluding Data Centers within the Town of Holland.  The amendments cover the following topics:

                              Article III (B) (15a)         Definitions
                              Article VIII(A)(9)             Business and Professional Use
                              Article VIII(C)(15)           Planned Commercial Unit Development
                              Article IX(A)(10)             Electronic and Scientific Precision Equipment
                              Article IX(A)(23)             Warehousing, Storage, and Distribution Facilities
                              Article IX(C)(6)               Planned Industrial Unit Development
                              Article IX(C)(11)             Other Manufacturing, Processing, or Storage Uses

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Zoning Ordinance contains penalties and forfeitures for violations of the various provisions.

ALL OTHER PROVISIONS of the Town of Holland Zoning Ordinance shall remain if full force and effect.

The Town Clerk and the Town Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all action necessary to implement this Ordinance.
