1. Call to Order, and Pledge of Allegiance
   
   
2. Approve Planning Commission Minutes from July 15, 2026
   
   
3. Review, discuss, and make recommendation regarding Rezone Application from Neal Schmidt/Anthony Theresa Leasing, LLC, for HL-213-5, County D,14.357 acres from AG-FP to I-1.
   
   
4. Update and discuss zoning and land use at 2687 Man-Cal Road (Triple J). Possible actions may occur.
   1. Application to rezone Parcel(s) from AG-FP to A-R
   2. Request to amend Zoning Ordinance language to adapt to the Conditional Uses related to operation at Triple J
   3. Request of a CUP for the Triple J operation, under the new Zoning Ordinance Conditional Use language.
      
      
5. Continue the process of updates and revisions of the Town of Holland zoning ordinance. Possible action may occur.
   
   
6. Adjourn
