AGENDA:

1. Call to Order, and Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approve Planning Commission Minutes from August 26, 2026
3. Discuss and possibly approve the CSM request from Dave Diny, HL-302, Park Road, zoned AG-FP, to create Lot 1, 6.171 acres, separating the house and farm buildings from the remaining land. No rezoning is requested.
4. Update and discuss zoning request and land use at 2687 Man-Cal Road (Triple J).
   
   1. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding rezoning of the following twelve Parcels, HL-665, 679, 680, 681, 682, 692, 693, 694, 695, 696, 698, and 699, from AG-FP to A-R.
   2. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding text amendment to zoning ordinance to allow certain types of commercial facilities as a conditional use in A-R zoning.
   3. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding conditional use permit for various commercial uses associated with the above-mentioned parcels
5. Continue the process of updates and/or revisions of the Town of Holland zoning ordinance. Possible action may occur.
6. Adjourn
