Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Holland will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall of Holland, 1293 Holland Road, Greenleaf, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, November 5, at 5:30 pm to receive public input, concern, and comment regarding the following:

1. Review the request to split Parcel HL-183 and HL-183-1-1 (County CE, Kaukauna), and rezone 4.652 acres, Lot 1 of the CSM, from AG/FP to AG/RES.
2. Review the request to split Parcel HL-577-1 (Weber Road, Greenleaf) and rezone Parcel B, where current house is located, 0.8347 acres, from AG/RES to R-1.
3. Review the request for the remaining section of HL-577-1, Parcel A, 1.165 acres, to rezone that from AG/RES to AG/FP, and then attach it to HL-577-2 so it won’t be an independent parcel.
