 NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

Town Hall, 1293 Holland Road, Greenleaf

June 2, 2025
1:00 p.m.

1. Call meeting to order. Roll call. Confirm meeting notice.
2. Discussion with representatives of the Town of Buchanan regarding jurisdiction over Outagamie Road. Possible action related to same.
3. The Town Board reserves the right to convene into one or more closed sessions pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; and pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. During any closed session, the Board may discuss either matters related to jurisdiction over Outagamie Road, matters related to a proposed Plan of Operation Modification for the Brown County South landfill, or both. (Roll Call Vote Required).
4. The Town Board reserves the right to reconvene into one or more open sessions following the above-described closed session(s) for the purpose of discussing and taking possible action related to the subject matter of the closed session(s).
5. Adjourn.
