1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
2. Announcement: Video surveillance of the premises is in use.
3. Public Comment (limit to 4 minutes per person). Note: public comment is for the Town Board to receive comments only – the Town Board may not discuss or take action on any item raised during public comment that is not on the agenda.

5. Old Business
a. Review and take possible action on updated information on Town Hall signage quote
b. Discuss and take possible action on placing topic of ‘Appointment, rather than Elected Treasurer, and Clerk effective April 2027’ for discussion and possible Elector Vote, onto the April 21, 2026 Annual Meeting Agenda.
c. Sign FinkMartin, LLC Certified Survey Map; HL-265, Mill Road, Greenleaf.
6.New Business
a. Mike Schmitt, Dan Diedrick, and/or Jim Haese will speak to Town Board about data centers, followed by Board discussion regarding potential measures to address the possibility of data center development in the Town.
b. Seek approval of 2025 Annual Report
c. Seek Board approval of Election Emergency Response Plan
d. Confirm Dates: Open Book – Tues. April 14, 9-11am Over the Phone; Board of Review, Mon. Apr. 27, 8am.
e. Seek adoption of Responsible Unit Recycling Ordinance (due by April 2026; required by ch.NR 544, Wis. Adm. Code; S. 287.11, Wis Stats.)

15. Convene to Closed Session The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating to negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the board will discuss matters related to a dispute regarding tipping fees paid by the Brown County South Landfill (Roll Call Vote Required).
