- Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
- Announcement: Video surveillance of the premises is in use.
- Public Comment (limit to 5 minutes per person). Note: public comment is for the Town Board to receive comments only – the Town Board may not discuss or take action on any item raised during public comment that is not on the agenda.
- Review and Approval of Minutes

- Old Business:
- Discuss Express Vote Machine use and limitations
- Follow-up discussion and/or action on County Rescue contract and info on First Responders
- Follow-up discussion and possible action on white recycle dumpster that was located at Askeaton Park; Tom Clancy, and other residents may wish to speak.
- Discuss and possibly act on Transportation Funding Solution Resolution from Wisc. Towns Assoc.
- Discuss and possibly act on the ManCal /Cty D intersection round-about topic; Cory Schmidt (T. Woodville) would like to speak.
- New Business
- Discuss and possibly act regarding signage and/or enforcement of landfill transporter traffic
- Discuss and possibly act regarding resident misuse of culvert
- Discuss and possibly act on Resolution to adopt Brown County All Hazards Mitigation Plan
- Discuss to sort out extent of town supplied trash/recycle carts as it relates to family farms. Possible action may occur.

The Town Board intends to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved; and pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating to negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. During the closed session, the board will discuss matters related to a dispute regarding tipping fees paid by the Brown County South Landfill, the Triple J zoning matter, culvert misuse matter, and matters related to possible intergovernmental boundary agreement. (Roll Call Vote Required). - Adjourn
