Assessment Roll is Open for Examination and Open Book

The Town of Holland, Brown County

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. §70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2024, assessment will be open for examination starting on the _18th___day of March, 2024 at __9:00__am until _3:00__pm, Monday through Friday at the office of Action Appraisers, 117 W 3rd St, Kaukauna, WI.

Additionally, the assessor shall be available at the Town of Holland Hall from 9:00am to 11:00am, on April 4, 2024. The Town Hall is located at 1671 Hill Rd, Greenleaf, WI.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book to persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. §70.47.
