The 2024 Dog Tags are now available. Find the license form in the drop-down box in the header. Send the form, filled out for each dog, plus the payment, and a copy of your veterinary rabies certification, to the Town Treasurer Gloria Kennedy. All dogs in the State of Wisconsin over the age of 5 months need to be licensed.

Note that addresses in the Sanitary District are not to exceed 3 dogs per residence.

Addresses outside the Sanitary District which exceed 3 dogs need to apply for a Multiple Dog (Kennel) License.
